DILG USEC DIÑO VISITS PANGASINAN. Local Government Undersecretary for Barangay Affairs Martin B. Diño expresses his admiration to Governor Amado I. Espino, III for the strong support of the provincial government of Pangasinan to national government’s campaign against illegal drugs made evident with the construction of Pangasinan Rehabilitation Center in Burgos.
