P’sinan mourns the passing of Conrado B. Estrella, Jr.

LINGAYEN —Pangasinan mourns the passing of the late Conrado B. Estrella, Jr. a former board member and one of the most respected local leaders in the province.

The provincial board expressed its condolences and deepest sympathy to the bereaved family in a resolution, authored by Board Member Noel C. Bince and co-authored by BM Salvador S. Perez, Jr.

Estrella, who hails from Rosales town, died on November 11 at the age of 75.

“The late Honorable Conrado B. Estrella, Jr. had remarkably done his role as Board Member of the Sangguniang Panlalawigan from March 1980 to March 1986 as proven by his outstanding performance and active participation in promoting responsible and responsive legislation,” the resolution stated as read by BM Bince.

Estrella “had dutifully served as an effective and efficient legislator in the halls of the Sangguniang Panlalawigan towards the betterment of local government units and their constituencies…has left a precious legacy of love to his family, dedication and professionalism to his colleagues, kindness to his friends and relatives, and admiration and respect to his kabaleyans.”

“The memories of the late Honorable Conrado B. Estrella, Jr. not only as a dedicated public servant but also a good person, will always be remembered by many people.” the resolution read. (PIO/RRB)
