POSTHUMOUS AWARD AND MARKER – Rep. Leopoldo Bataoil and Undersecretary Ernesto Carolina, PVAO Administrator Administrator, lead the unveiling of the memorial marker for 3Lt. Leopoldo G. Bataoil in Purok Marcela Resort in Lingayen. He died during the World War II in Bataan and was awarded the US Congressional Gold Medal on October 25, 2017 in Washington DC, USA.
