SAN CARLOS CITY — A drug pusher was arrested in a buy-bust operation conducted by the police, in coordination with the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA), behind the Magic Supermarket at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 31.
The suspect was identified as Fernando Rosario, alias Manny/Manix, 38, a water technician in Malasiqui town and a resident of Camaley, Binmaley.
The suspect was caught in the act of selling one heat-sealed transparent plastic sachet containing suspected shabu to a police poseur-buyer.
Also confiscated from him were one cellular phone and two disposable lighters and a Mutsibishi L300 van with plate no. AEW 321 where another heat sealed transparent plastic sachet of suspected shabu was found.
Arrested by the police in Urbiztondo on the same day during the implementation of Oplan Sita was Jay-R Ambrosio Llanillo, 32, a tricycle driver in Mangatarem town.
Two heat sealed transparent plastic sachets containing suspected shabu, placed in a coin purse were found in his possession.
Cases for violation of RA 9165 will be filed against the two suspects. (Leonardo Micua)
