TWO persons were caught in plain view with a hand gun and an air gun in their possession when the policemen responded to a report of indiscriminate firing in Bolosan in the afternoon of Oct. 30.

Personnel of the Bolosan Community Precinct led by  P/Inspector Rolando Recoco responded after the Tactical Operation Center (TOC) of the  Dagupan City Police Station received a report of the indiscriminate firing at Sitio Andeng Salayog Compound in Bolosan at around 4 p.m.

Arrested was Mark Ryan S. Quinto who was caught in possession of one Magnum 22 Smith and Wesson revolver with one ammunition in its chamber. He had no document for the firearm.

His sibling Reynald Quinto was also found in possession of one air gun with the brand name M.M.B.K.K with serial No. 092, The firearms were confiscated by responding policemen. Both   are now under the custody of the police.

A case for Violation of Republic Act. No. 10591 or the Comprehensive Firearms Law is now being prepared against both suspects. (Camilla Fernandez, OJT)
