INTERNATIONAL COASTAL CLEAN UP – The Bonuan Gueset barangay council, headed by Kapitan Noel Bumanglag (3rd from right), leads volunteers in removing all debris on the shoreline of Tondaligan Blue Beach during the International Coastal Clean Up held on September 29. Clean up drives were also held simultaneously in other barangays, particularly in the coastal areas. Among the volunteers were from PNP Dagupan, PNP Maritime Group, UNTV TMBB, Rotary Club of Uptown Dagupan 2000, Lions Club District 301-C.
