PANGASINAN PPO AWARDED AS “OUTSTANDING POLICE PROV’L OFFICE.” Governor Amado I. Espino, III (center) flashes the Pangasinan No. 1 sign with some of the officers of Pangasinan Provincial Police Office (PPO) as he commended their office for being awarded as the “Outstanding Provincial Police Office” nationwide. Shortly after the regular flag-raising ceremony held at the Capitol Plaza on September 3, Pangasinan PPO Acting Provincial Director PSSupt. Wilson Joseph F. Lopez (3rd from right) presented the plaque of recognition to Governor Espino along with some police officials who were also recognized in Police Community Relations (PCR), such as: PCInsp. Norman T.
