11 ARRESTED IN WAR ON DRUGS
STA. BARBARA–A member of a drug pushing syndicate, along with his cohort, fell in a buy-bust operation conducted by elements of the local police and the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) in Poblacion, Sta. Barbara at about 5:30 p.m. on September 5.
Arrested with him was Kenneth Dizon Villaflor, 29, of Barangay Lasip, Malasiqui.
Seized from them were one sachet of suspected shabu with an estimated weight of 2.5 grams valued at P15,000 and the marked money of P1,000 bill on top of boodle money and one Lenovo cellphone.
Also seized from them was a white Nissan sedan with Plate No. IKL 827 which was used by the two in their drug-dealing activities.
Meanwhile in Urdaneta City, arrested in another buy-bust operation on September 5 at Zone 7, Barangay Nancamaliran West, was Ronald Parayno, a former drug surrenderer, 47. Confiscated from him were one sachet of suspected shabu and P500 marked money.
In Villasis, one sachet of shabu was seized by the police from Lauro Lagua, alias “Balong” 33, in a buy-bust operation in Barangay Piaz.
In Aguilar, Julius Ocal Franco, alias “Agang”, a newly identified drug personality was also arrested by the police in a buy-bust in Sitio Nancupapeyan, Barangay Laoag. The operation resulted in the seizure of one sachet, P500 marked money, one Kawasaki Bajaj motorcycle and one sling bag from the suspect.
In Asingan, arrested in a buy-bust in Poblacion East was Roger Claro, 39, from whom one sachet of suspected shabu, a clutch bag and P500 marked money were seized.
Others arrested buy-bust operations in the province last week: Rogelo Carino, alias “Okel”, in Barangay Rosario, Pozorrubio; Zandrel Misalang, 29, a newly identified drug personality in Dinalaoan, Calasiao; Eric Ramos, 37, a drug personality arrested Tambac, Bayambang; Cedric Paramio, a newly identified drug personality,
arrested in Poblacion East, Calasiao.
