P2.1-M LIVELIHOOD ASSISTANCE DISTRIBUTION — Governor Amado I. Espino, III flashes the Pangasinan Number One sign along with the 2nd batch of beneficiaries of the Livelihood Assistance Program for this year right after he led the distribution program held on March 26 at the Urduja House in Lingayen. A total of Php2.1 million loan grant was distributed to the beneficiaries.
