2nd LGU Unity Games start Feb. 22

THE 2nd Pangasinan Inter-LGU Unity Games 2018 which starts in February 22 will again pit teams from  local governments in basketball and volleyball tournaments at the Narciso Ramos Sports and Civic Center in Lingayen.
According to the province’s sports executive officer Modesto Operaña of the organizing Pangasinan Sports Development and Management Council (PSDMC) headed by Gov. Amado I. Espino, III, the sportsfest is categorized into two classes for both disciplines.

Division 1 will be participated in by cities, first and second classes of municipalities while the Division ll composed of third, fourth and fifth classes of towns.

Operaña said the towns of Bayambang, Binmaley, Bugallon, Calasiao, Malasiqui, Mangaldan, Mangatarem, Rosales, Sta. Barbara, Sual and Villasis of Division 1 already confirmed their participations as well as the towns of Aguilar, Basista, Labrador, Mabini, Mapandan, Sta. Maria, Urbiztondo, Burgos, Infanta, and Sison in Division ll. (Jesus Garcia, Jr.)
