BEST IN ANTI-ILLEGAL RECRUITMENT AWARDS. Representing Governor Amado I. Espino, III, Vice Governor Jose Ferdinand Z. Calimlim, Jr. and PESO Manager Alex F. Ferrer, along with some Sangguniang Panlalawigan members and chiefs of offices, receive the ‘Best Partner in Anti-Illegal Recruitment (PAIR) Award’ from Arlen Basas, OIC-Director on Licensing and Regulation Office of the Philippine Overseas Employment Administration (POEA) Central, representing POEA Administrator Bernard P. Olalia, to the provincial government of Pangasinan and the ‘Outstanding Provincial-PESO Partner in Luzon’ awarded to Pangasinan PESO during the regular flag-raising ceremony held at the Capitol Plaza on December 11.
