BFP, Judiciary, PANELCO & PNP-A win first games
UNITY GAMES QUARTERFIINALS
THE basketball teams of Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP), Judiciary, PANELCO and PNP-A defeated their opponents in their first games of the quarterfinal rounds of the 1st Pangasinan Inter-Agency Unity Games last September 23 at the Narciso Ramos Sports and Civic Center (NRSCC) gymnasium.
The four teams bested their respective opponents: DPWH, CENPELCO, DepEd-Pangasinan 1 and PNP-B.
The duel between law enforcers, PNP-A and PNP-B, ended with the former winning the game with a 5-point advantage, 103-98.
The BFP, on the other hand, clobbered the DPWH team, 86-71, while team Judiciary scored a win against CENPELCO, 78-74.
PANELCO won against DepEd- Pangasinan 1, 88-83.
The quarterfinals will be played on September 23 and 30, October 7, 14, 21, 28 and November 4.
Today, September 30, scheduled games are: 9 a.m. – BFP (A) vs PANELCO (B); 10:30 a.m.- DepEd-Pang. 1 (A) vs. Judiciary (B); 1p.m. – PNP-A (A) vs DPWH (B); 2:30 p.m. – CENPELCO (A) vs PNP-B (B).
