DAGUAPAN veteran bowler Bernard Siapno who trailed the match by a mere point in the first six games of twelve (1264-1265), grabbed the lead at the eighth and never relinquished the front up to final game totaling the day’s high 2514, to rule the Pre-Halloween Special Bowlfest held on October 30 at CSI Bowling Lanes in Tapuac, Dagupan City

His closest pursuer was city mate Buddy Aquino by 16 drops (2498).

Sonny Garcia of Sta. Barbara finished third downing 2480 pins, while Lorenzo Tan of Dagupan City and Joel Meneses of Mangaldan landed fourth and fifth with 2474 and 2456, respectively.
