Misa de Gallo at the Capitol

LINGAYEN — Gov. Amado T. Espino, Jr. and First Lady Priscilla I. Espino will light the advent parol at the Capitol plaza when the traditional nine-day, anticipated Misa de Gallo Ed Kapitolyo starts on December 15, 5 p.m..

A Holy Mass on Christmas Eve will also be held at the Capitol Plaza on December 24, 7 p.m.

The provincial government started the Misa de Gallo tradition in 2007 when Espino assumed office.

The second day Misa de Gallo, on the other hand, will be a special celebration for Governor Espino and his wife, Priscilla on the occasion of their 40th wedding anniversary.

Meanwhile, a grand Christmas party is scheduled on December 19 at the Capitol Plaza after the Simbang Gabi for the employees of the provincial government.

A New Year’s Eve Mass is also scheduled at the Capitol Plaza on December 31, 7PM. (PIO)
