Dagupan City Mayor Belen Fernandez who visited Milpitas last month for the signing of sisterhood agreement hailed Esteves’ new political victory.

Fernandez said Dagupeños are so proud of Esteves’ accomplishments.

“He is a great source of pride and inspiration not only to Dagupenos but to all Filipinos,” she added.
