WE ARE THE CHAMPIONS—“When we speak of Councilor Edna Torio, we talk about academic excellence.” The statement summed up Mayor Belen T. Fernandez’s impression of the quality of education that Edna’s School’s students when she met the students who were declared champions in the Best Scriptwriting category and over-all 3rd place in Scriptwriting and Radio Broadcasting, Best Radio Production and Best News Presenter categories in the 2014 National School Press Conference in Manila.
