Gov. Espino Huddles with Culinary Course Scholars—Governor Amado T. Espino, Jr (standing, 7th from right) together with 30 promising Pangasinense chefs flash the No. 1 sign in a courtesy call with the provincial chief executive last June 25. The provincial government has financed the two-month culinary course of the students under its scholarship program. The culinary course is in coordination with the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) and El Jardine Hotelier Training Center in Lingayen.  Since he assumed office as the chief executive of Pangasinan, Governor Espino led the province in providing scholarship to 7,039 students – 4,000 of which are already working while the rest are still studying in various schools.  /vfs
