AN OLD FRIEND?– The CIO released this photo to the local media showing Dagupan City Mayor Benjie Lim (left) shaking hands with candidate Solo De Venecia whom the mayor regards as an “old friend” to refute the latter’s claim that he was berated by the mayor during the Gilon-Gilon event on April 29.
