Men-riding-in-tandem hitmen (MRTH) struck again on April 18 in Dagupan City, killing a man in Barangay Pantal while he was sitting on a parked tricycle.

The victim was identified as Joseph Quimzon, 25, who was hit in different parts of his body and rushed to the Region 1 Medical Center where he was pronounced dead on arrival.

The unidentified gunman, on board a motorcycle behind a driver, used a Cal. 45 pistol as evidenced by seven spent shells and one live ammunition found near the crime scene.
