DOUBLE CONGRATULATIONS–Neil Ericsson B. Caguioa and his younger sister Nathalie Earl proudly display their respective gold medals as First Honor pupils and for other special awards during the 28th Commencement Exercises and recognition rites of the Virgen Milagrosa Child Learning Center in San Carlos City held March 30. Neil has just completed his second grade level at the top of his class and has been cited as outstanding in various subjects. He was also named the Outstanding Kab Scout of the Year. Nathalie, on the other hand, was the valedictorian of her kindergarten class and also the Outstanding Twinkler Scout of the Year, among other meritorious awards. Norman and Elvie Caguioa are the proud parents of the two consistent awardees.
