THE newly selected members of the Pandaragupan Youth Orchestra are now set to start their training.
This was disclosed by Jigs Seen and Prof. Adolfo Mendoza, co-founders of the orchestra, with Oscar Fernandez and Ed Domingo as coordinators.
The members are Beverly Joy Mislang, Mary Fatime Llege, Carla Gace Alegria, Marinel Tomeldan, Desiree Solis, Almeda Sarmiento, Evelyn Fernandez, Lea Mislang, Marjorie Agustin, Jessabel De Vera, Zsarina Mislang, Alberta de la Cruz, Gladis Jing Santillar, Julie Ramos, Joan Quinto, Jonalyn Pascua, Evelyn Diaz, Joan Marie Gregorio and Melodie Agustin.
Their leaders are Aldon Gaerlan, Ryan Mamaril, Marjie Dalioen, Marvin Mamaril, Christopher Vispera and Malvin Delfin.
They were chosen on the basis of their inclination to music, read and understand musical notes.
They will be provided scholarship in music and will be taught and trained on playing violin, cello, string instruments, brass, wood wind and percussion instruments.
The orchestra was founded by businessmen and professionals in the music industry and formed by the Pandaragupan Youth Orchestra Inc.
