Notice is hereby given that the estate left by the late ALFONSO LLAGAS, consisting of a Savings Deposit Account with the Philippine Veterans Bank-Dagupan Branch under Savings Account No. 02002-000646-1 with a balance of P47,452.89, is the subject of  Extra-Judicial settlement with quitclaim and waiver of shares/rights in favor of ZENAIDA LLAGAS.
