CLOSURE – Sanitary inspector of the city health office post a closure order to Aqua Scent water refilling station located on Nable Street on March 14 along with other water refilling stations operating in the city for violation of the Implementing Rules and Regulations on Water Supply, PD 856 or Code Sanitation of the Philippines and the City Ordinance No. 1855. The closure order issued by Mayor Benjamin S. Lim is intended to protect Dagupeños from the danger of drinking unsafe water from refilling stations. The sanitary inspectors were accompanied by police offices and POSO operators.
