OPERATION PAGLINGAP—Victims of Typhoon Cosme from the Gawad Kalinga Bangusville in Dagupan receive relief goods from Preciosa Nava, district chairman of the Inner Wheel Cub 379, under Operation Paglingap. The project, supported by the Inner Wheel Clubs of the Philippines and Inner Wheel Clubs of the Philippines Foundation, Inc., also assisted typhoon victims from Calasiao, Sta. Barbara, Malasiqui and San Jacinto.
