FATHER’S LEGACY–Former President Fidel V. Ramos receives a copy of “An Enduring Legacy” from author Melandrew Velasco during the recent book launching at the Department of Foreign Affairs Summit Lounge in Pasay City. The book is about the life of the late Ambassador Narciso Ramos, the former president’s father.
