FOR MOTHER EARTH—Dante Castro of the National Transmission Corporation (TRANSCO) is among the signatories for the covenant affirming the commitment to protect the environment during Thursday’s activity in Binalonan as part of the People’s Caravan in celebration of Earth Day.
