TEAM ENERGY LIVELIHOOD PROGRAM–Ivy Buenaflor and Efren Gabonada, two of the first batch of graduates of the Sual Livelihood Program, give a demonstration during their graduation ceremony held recently at the Sual Livelihood and Training Center as Ruben Licerio, station manager of TeaM Energy’s Sual Power Station and Mayor John Rodney Arcinue look on. The center is a joint project of the local government of Sual, TeaM Energy Corporation, Nippon Skilled Volunteers Association, and Technical Education and Skills Development Authority. TeaM Energy, a partnership between Japanese firms Tokyo Electric Power Company and Marubeni, is one of the country’s largest private producers of energy with over 2,000 megawatts of generating capacity.
