NEW PAF COMMANDER

NEW PAF COMMANDER— Lt. Gen Pedrito Cadungog is flanked by friends after his installation as the 30th Commanding General of the Philippine Air Force in turn-over ceremonies held Jan 4 at the Villamor Air Base. The new air force commander is married to Angeli Cuison (2nd from left), daughter of the late Dagupan City Vice Mayor Felipe Cuison. Among the well-wishers are: DENR Usec Eli Quinto, Dr Abe Marinduque, Rex Catubig, Rina Concio-Quinto, and Salvador Aque.
