MALICIOUS TEXT MESSAGES—Mayor Julier Resuello of San Carlos City, flanked by chief of police Supt. Perfecto Poblador, and Jail Chief Inspector Roque Sison as he denounces the “vicious” vilification against him spread by still unidentified persons through text messages during a news conference on Tuesday. The text messages described his alleged arrest in Baguio City on New Year’s Eve for possessing illegal drugs. The regional and provincial police denied any report of arrest involving the city mayor.
