Before this Court is a verified petition for correction of entries in the certificate of live birth of LEONARDO L. CAMBA. Finding the petition to be sufficient in form and substance, let the initial hearing be set on January 6, 2011 at 8:30 o’clock in the morning before the sala of his Court.

The Petitioner is ordered to cause the publication of this Order in a newspaper of general circulation once a week for three consecutive weeks prior to the date set for hearing.

IT IS SO ORDERED.
