Notice is hereby given that the estate left by the late PABLO CARLOS and AQUILINA JUZGAYA, who died intestate on March 4, 1939 and May 2, 1938 at San Carlos City, Pangasinan, consisting of a parcel of land situated at Gamata, San Carlos City, Pangasinan containing an area of 2,636 sq. meters more or less, covered by Orig. Cert. of Title No. 56239, is the subject of extrajudicial partition and sale in favor of SPOUSES BENJAMIN C. PRADO and MELIE G. GUILLERMO, under Doc. No. 186; Page No. 39; Book No. XLIX; Series of 2011, under Notary Public Atty. Reddy C. Balarbar.
