Notice is hereby given that the estate left by the late BONIFACIO PARANGAT and JUANA DE GUZMAN, who died intestate on June 10, 1950 and Feb. 21, 1947 at San Carlos City, Pangasinan, consisting of a parcel of land situated at Brgy. Pangalangan, San Carlos City, Pangasinan containing an area of 1489 sq. meters and covered by Orig. Cert. of Title No. 455, is the subject of extrajudicial partition and sale in favor of SPOUSES VIRGILIO V. DIEGO and JENNY L. CABANSAG that certain 1070.83 sq. meters portion only, under Doc. No. 183; Page No. 38; Book No. XLIX; Series of 2011, under Notary Public Atty. Reddy C. Balarbar.
