Notice is hereby given that the estate left by the late ERMELINDA DE FRANCIA MANIPON, who died on Sept. 10, 2011 at Cagayan Valley Medical Center, Tuguegarao City, Cagayan, consisting of a Bank Savings Deposit with Account No. 0505-265402-530 at DBP Aparri in the amount of Twenty Three Thousand Six Hundred Forty Eight and Fourteen Cents, (P23,648.14) Pesos, Philippine Currency, is the subject of extra-judicial settlement of estate with waiver of rights in favor of ORLANDO G. MANIPON, under Doc. No. 426, Page No. 87, Book No. LVVVIII, Series of 2011 under Notary Public Atty. Ramon J. Veloria.
