BUMPER-TO-BUMPER TRAFFIC— Heavy traffic builds up on New Year’s Eve along the Old De Venecia Highway from the Banaoang–Malued corner in Dagupan City, with stalled vehicles in a bumper-to-bumper standstill stretching for about two kilometers. The congestion was blamed on the absence of a traffic enforcer and compounded by a non-functioning traffic light at the MacArthur Highway–Nalsian Road intersection in Calasiao town.
