2 Dagupan athletes compete in the 33rd SEA Games
TWO homegrown athletes from Dagupan City will don the national uniform when the 33rd Southeast Asian Games reels off from December 9 to 20, 2025
Jason Emmanuel Feliciano will represent the Philippines in Archery, while Susan Ramadan will see action for the country in Athletics.
The two athletes earned their coveted spots in the Philippine team after demonstrating exceptional skills, discipline, and unwavering dedication to their respective sports.
Their qualification marks another milestone for Dagupan, highlighting the city’s growing legacy of producing world-class athletes, said Finnela Sim, Dagupan City Sports Commissioner.
Shortly after arriving from a goodwill mission in the United States, Mayor Belen T. Fernandez congratulated both Feliciano and Ramadan and expressed her pride and full support for them.
Fernandez said: “Ang tapang, galing, at talento ng ating mga Dagupeño athletes ay inspirasyon para sa buong lungsod. Jason and Susan carry not only the Philippine flag, but also the hopes and pride of every Dagupeño”.
“Their courage and hard work continue to bring glory to Dagupan, and we are incredibly proud of them as they compete in the 33rd SEA Games,” she added.
She said the City Government of Dagupan extends its best wishes to Feliciano and Ramadan as they prepare to compete against the region’s finest athletes, carrying the heart and spirit of every Dagupeño. (Leonardo Micua)
