DAGUPAN City Councilors Michael Fernandez and Jeslito Seen were recently elected Regional Vice Chairman and Regional Board Director, respectively, of the Philippine Councilors League-Region 1 during an election held at Bellevue Hotel in Alabang, Muntinlupa City on November 25.

Both councilors were congratulated by their colleagues for their remarkable success in a resolution (No. 8489-2025) passed during the Zoom session of the Dagupan Sangguniang Panlungsod on November 26, authored by Councilor Christel Hilary Paras.

The resolution reads that the SP recognizes the achievements of both Fernandez and Seen as an inspiring reminder that genuine service, humility, and hard work are always rewarded with greater responsibilities and wider platforms to serve.
