Former Ms Dagupan Cited As 2025 Outstanding International Humanitarian Awardee
MARISSA Manipud Marquez, a Ms Dagupan title holder who worked her way up to become a Lieutenant Colonel at the United States Air Force (USAF) Reserves, is a recipient of the 2025 Outstanding International Humanitarian Award given by the Cyber Excellence Awards. The ceremonies will be held on November 8th at the Holiday Inn in Carlsbad, California, USA.
A former Director of Nursing at the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation, LTC Dr Marissa Marquez studied Masters of Science in Nursing, MSN- Family Nurse Practitioner at the United States University, and Doctor of Nursing Practice, (DNP) Family Nurse Practitioner, (FNP) at the University of San Diego.
She is currently an International Health Care Specialist at the United States Air Force.
