
Alaminos VM elected as NMYL chapter provincial chair
ALAMINOS City Vice Mayor Jose Antonio Miguel Perez was chosen provincial chairperson of the National Movement of Young Legislators (NMYL) Pangasinan Chapter in an election held last week.
NMYL is an organization whose members are legislators who are 40 years old and younger, currently holding a position of either city or municipal councilor, vice mayor, vice governor, or a provincial board member.
Miguel is a graduate of Bachelor of Arts in Interdisciplinary Studies major in Management and Communication at the Ateneo de Manila University. He first became a city councilor in 2013, and was elected vice mayor from 2016 to present.
Elected Vice Chairperson was Asingan Sanggunian Bayan Member Athena Ira Chua; Secretary, Pozorrubio SB Member Teresa Gianni Cruz; Assistant Secretary, Mark Lee Francisco; Treasurer, San Carlos City Sangguniang Panlungsod Member Caren Joy de Frias; Assistant Treasurer, Mangaldan SB Member Michael Ervin Lomibao; Auditor, Dagupan City SP Member Danielle Francine Canto; and Public Relations Officer, Alaminos City SP Member Apple Joy Tolentino.
The nine members of the board of directors are: Aguilar SB Member Darryl Benedict Bataan, Binmaley SB Member Urbano de Los Angeles III, Pozorrubio SB Member Miguel Abalos Jr., Dagupan City SB Member Christel Hilary Paras, Rosales Vice Mayor John Isaac Kho, Bani SB Member Mark Gringo Ampler, Asingan SB Member Joselito Virfay, and Anda SB Member Reymon Raang.
