The fair features various local products of 12 participating towns, each with a booth showcasing the best produce of their farmers and commodities of local entrepreneurs.
The 12 participating local governments are: Mangatarem, San Carlos City, Lingayen, San Fabian, Binalonan, Agno, Bugallon, Bani, Pozorrubio, Basista, Asingan, and Mapandan.
During the opening ceremony, Gov. Ramon V. Guico III said many products in the province still need marketing and sales support.
“With our partnership with the DTI, the province will be more motivated and aggressive in helping our MSMEs (micro, small, and medium enterprises),” he said.
Vice Gov. Mark Lambino commended the participants and encouraged other LGUs to join future trade fairs to promote the best products of their town or city. (PIMRO/RFR/JMA/LA)
