MATERIAL RECOVERY FACILITY OR GARBAGE DUMP? — Business establishments in Barangay I-II continue to complain about the state of the MRF at the corner of Perez Blvd and Rizal St. that emit foul odor as residents and stores do the segregation of wastes at the MRF itself. The MRF in Barangay Tapuac became the model for the implementation of the segregation of waste because residents and stores already segregate these before are delivered to the barangay’s MRF.  (Punchphoto by Butch Uka)
