Pangasinan advances with twice-to-beat advantage

4TH PILIPINAS SUPER LEAGUE PLAY-OFFS 

WITH their hard-fought victory against the top-seeded Caloocan Supremos, 65-63, last February 4, 2025, the Pangasinan Abono Reapers earned a twice-to-beat advantage in the 4th Pilipinas Super League (PSL) President’s Cup Quarterfinals.

In this year’s PSL play-off format, the top two teams will automatically advance to the best of three semifinals.

Meanwhile, teams from the third to tenth spot will slug it out in the first quarterfinals phase where the higher seed will gain a twice-to-beat advantage.

The second stage of the quarterfinals will be disputed in a best-of-three series all the way to the conference finals.

In fourth spot with an 8-2 win-loss record, Pangasinan is set to duel the ninth-seeded Pureblends Similan Black Fox.

The Pangasinan Abono Reapers are set to see action on February 15  at the Antipolo Sports Hub to contend for the semifinal seat. (Kim Gealogo)
