FOUR-LANE HIGHWAY AS DRYER – An unfinished portion of the Arenas Highway in Calasiao is put into good use by grateful farmers who find the flat surface ideal for dying their harvested palay but they are joined by goats in the area that are equally grateful for the sumptuous dried palay for their day’s meal.
