10-wheeler truck crashes into five vehicles in Sual, kills 1
LOSS of brake control is being cited as the cause of an accident involving a 10-wheeler truck and five other vehicles in Sual, resulting in one fatality and four injuries.
Sual Police Station Chief P/Major Jaybram Casiano said the incident occurred along the Provincial Road leading to Alaminos City in the morning of Tuesday, November 26.
The truck driver admitted to the truck losing brakes, which resulted in the collision with the vehicles in front of him, according to police investigation.
The fatality was declared dead at the scene.
The police have not released the victim’s name pending the filing of charges of reckless imprudence resulting in homicide, multiple counts of damage to property, and multiple counts of physical injury. against the truck driver.
