THE Dagupan City government celebrated President Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr.’s 67th birthday on September 13 through the delivery of government services such as livelihood assistance and healthcare.

“In Dagupan, following the example of good governance shown by President Marcos, we will offer nothing but endless service to the people—serving the nation is the only way we can give back, nothing more,” City Mayor Belen Fernandez said.

Other services offered during the celebration were the distribution of free hearing aids and wheelchairs, veterinary care for pets, and free late birth registrations.

Some 1,200 low-income solo parents also received their monthly cash assistance of P1,000 each through the Expanded Solo Parents Welfare Act. (PIA Pangasinan/EMSA/ JSZ)
