5,000 free skills training slots to open in San Carlos City
THE City Training Employment Center (CTEC) in San Carlos City is set to open 5,000 slots for free skills training made possible by a partnership with the Philippine Business Education
Dr. Nady Mangaliag, the City Training Employment Coordinator, clarified that the slots are open only to residents of San Carlos, and priority will be given to financially challenged residents.
Meanwhile, CTEC in collaboration with the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) is also preparing to launch a Community-Based Training (CBT) in the city.
The initial beneficiaries of CBT will be Persons Deprived of Liberties (PDLs) within the city. (Ahikam Pasion)
