WELCOME TO DAGUPAN CITY —   Students, and faculty members of the Dagupan City National High School came out of their classrooms to welcome Iwata Mayor Hiroaki Kusachi and his delegation who were in Dagupan for the renewal of the sisterhood ties be between Iwata and Dagupan. They are joined by  Mayor Belen Fernandez, Vice Mayor Bryan Kua, Besilda Manaois-Reyes, daughter of the late Mayor Cipriano Manaois, and Councilors  Jigs Seen, Dennis Canto, and Lino Fernandez.
