MANLINLINGKOR YA KALANGWERAN 2024 — Mayor Belen Fernandez (left, partly hidden), administers the oath of office to the 2024 batch of Manlingkor ya Kalangweran during the 77th Agew na Dagupan at the city plaza. Inducted were Karah Vianca Vinluan, Young City Mayor; Justin Yohann Daroy, Young City Vice Mayor.
