The SGLGB passers include Pantal in Dagupan City headed by Barangay Captain Julita Perez. Pantal is the only SGLGB passer from among the 31 barangays of Dagupan.

The other SGLGB passers are Barangays Polong in Bugallon, Dorongsn Sawat and Sonson Ongkit in Mangatarem, Capaoay, San Jose and Santa Maria in San Jacinto and Piaz and Unzad in Villasis.

Fourth District Rep. Christopher de Venecia was elated that four of the SGLGB passers are from his district: Pantal in Dagupan City, Capaoay, San Jose and Santa Maria in San Jacinto.
