GOVERNMENT OR PRIVATE PROPERTY? – The two conflicting signboards were installed by DENR-CENRO claiming  “THIS AREA IS CLASSIFIED AS FORESHORE/PUBLIC DOMAIN “and not for sale, and the other signboard beside it is installed by “Rael Kitz Corporation” claiming ownership of the same area.  To date, there appears no resolution or settlement of who really owns the land but neither one dares to remove the other signboard.
