Water supply in Dagupan sufficient despite El Niño

WATER supply in Dagupan City will remains normal despite the effects of El Niño in the country.

This was assured by Margarita Navata, Pamana Water spokesperson, as she said that there is no area in the city that is experiencing low water pressure to date.

She added that Pamana Water is willing to share data it gathers from close monitoring of the city’s water table level particularly with island barangays that often experiences low water pressure during peak hours.

Navata said the city’s 25 pumping stations are operating properly and assured that their tanks are prepared to ration water in the event that El Niño severely impacts on some barangays. (Kim Gealogo
